Application Methods
Our priority is to find a home that is right for your needs. We offer a few different methods of processing your application to keep your expense to a minimum. We do not want to charge an applicant for a property they ultimately do not move into. We hear constantly from applicants who are hesitant to submit an application for fear of losing $50-$100. For this reason, we offer an application process that eliminates most application fees for those that would not qualify. To avoid loosing your app fee, please review our Application Requirement Guidelines prior to submitting your application.
To start the process, a rental tour application is required. The initial application is free. After viewing the property, each individual, over the age of 18, will need to submit a supplemental application that will gather the applicant's individual information such as identification, income verification, and a Background and Credit release. The individual's background and credit check fee is $75/applicant.
