Application Methods
Our priority is to find a home that is right for your needs. We offer a few different methods of processing your application to keep your expense to a minimum. We do not want to charge an applicant for a property they ultimately do not move into. We hear constantly from applicants who are hesitant to submit an application for fear of loosing $50-$100. For this reason, we offer an application process that eliminates most application fees for those that would not qualify. To start the process, a single application is required and used to pre-qualify the whole household. The initial application to qualify the whole household has a fee of $50. That is only charged once per household, not per person. If approved as a household, each individual, over the age of 18, will need to submit a supplemental application that will gather the applicant's individual information such as identification, income verification, and a Background and Credit release. The individual's background and credit check fee is $25/applicant.
- A household with two adults will have an initial fee of $50. Once approved, each of the two individuals would pay another $25 for their background and credit checks. The household total would be $100.
- A household with four adults will have an initial fee of $50. Once approved, each of the four individuals would pay another $25 for their background and credit checks. The household total would be $150.
