Marketing - Leasing - Tenant Placement

This is a discounted service included with 12 month contract.
Covers basic marketing, showing, and leasing the property. We use the REALTOR® MLS, and other syndicates or strategies to list and manage leads. Optional Premium services such as professional photography, extra add budgeting, and other services available upon request.
Additional fees may be assessed to the applicant time of application, screening process, and or leasing.
Lease Renewals
$150
We try to keep good tenants in your property, because that is the most efficient way to keep the occupancy rate at 100%
Filing for an Eviction
Starting at $150
Unfortunately even the best tenants can fall on hard times. We attempt to assess all eviction costs on the tenant if possible. Additional fees may be assessed by the court. Court fees will be billed at cost. If court appearance is required or a judge orders a tenant's property to be put out, additional fees may be charged. (Billed as a service call)
Service Calls/Work-Order Management
Starting at $150
Tenant charged when applicable. First hour of labor included, subsequent labor charged per hour. Material/supplies not included.

Gain peace of mind knowing someone is regularly checking on your property. With the quarterly property visits our maintenance staff will also change HVAC filters.
