We have streamlined our process to keep the cost down for new residents. Part of that process includes pre-qualifying applicants before showing a property in-person. Many of our properties have virtual tours available at no cost to the applicant.

This request below should only be used if you DO NOT want to submit an application prior to viewing a property. The fee for scheduling a showing WITHOUT getting pre-qualified is ($50). This covers the cost of scheduling a single tour of one property. The showing fee is non-refundable. There are multiple ways of seeing a property without paying a showing fee.
